What’s up, Seattle skaters! As we roll into May, the energy in the Emerald City is absolutely electric. The biggest news dropping is a must-see street edit featuring local shredder Alex Sams. The Alex Sams – Seattle (2024) video, an edit by Jake Dotson, is packed with inspiration and is the perfect fuel to get you hyped for the season.
That energy is clearly spilling into our own community, with Let’s Roll app users out there discovering fresh pavement. This past month, we added a brand new location to the map, which means more territory to explore. Combined with awesome recurring events like the weekly social skates at Judkins Park and the lively Seatown Sundays at Southgate Roller Rink, there’s no excuse not to get out and skate!

“There's lots of parking lots and varying terrain. There's some ramps and and lots of hills. Lots of curbs to play around with and lots of stairs.
if you don't mind the "no skating" signs there's a nice covered area and some lots of smooth areas down by the playground. There's rails and benches but I wouldnt hit those just cuz it's my old school and that feels a lil disrespectful lol
