There's lots of parking lots and varying terrain. There's some ramps and and lots of hills. Lots of curbs to play around with and lots of stairs.
if you don't mind the "no skating" signs there's a nice covered area and some lots of smooth areas down by the playground. There's rails and benches but I wouldnt hit those just cuz it's my old school and that feels a lil disrespectful lol
tldr; decent local spot to play around with some street skating and flat skating
