Leeds April Skate Scene: The Skate Sanctuary is Open & Ready to Roll!
What a monumental month for the Leeds skate scene! The energy we’ve been seeing on the Let’s Roll app — with new skaters joining and sessions popping up all over — has a new home. The big, incredible news is that Leeds finally has its own dedicated roller skating venue again after 40 years! The Skate Sanctuary has officially opened its doors, and it’s already becoming the heart of our community.
This new hub, founded by the amazing Roller Girl Gang, is already hosting awesome events like weekly socials, giving us all a place to connect and skate together. It’s the perfect time to get involved, whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting your skate journey. The vibe in Leeds is electric right now, so grab your wheels and let’s get rolling into an amazing April!
