What a month for the San Jose skate scene! The energy is absolutely electric, and our Let’s Roll community has been hard at work mapping the city. This April, you collectively put an incredible number of new spots on our radar, from legendary concrete playgrounds like Lake Cunningham Action Sports Park to gritty street gems like the Guadalupe underpass. It’s clear that whether you love park, street, or trail skating, there’s a perfect spot waiting for you.
The vibe extends beyond just the spots, too. The whole city was buzzing with skate energy in April. We saw skaters getting their groove on at the Skating After Dark: Roller Boogie Night in SJ!, while the competitive scene fired up with the intense action at the NARCh Qualifier for roller hockey. This is the perfect momentum to carry us into a fantastic May of skating. Let’s get rolling, San Jose!
