Your March 2026 SF Skate Guide: Goth Night, Roller Discos, and a Tribute to EMB
What’s up, San Francisco! The energy in the city is absolutely electric, and our Let’s Roll app is lighting up with sessions from all over the Bay. This month, we’re seeing the iconic Church of 8 Wheels become a major hub, with our community discovering the incredible “Welcome to ALTERNA – Goth Night”! This adds a fantastic new flavor to their already packed schedule of all-ages skate sessions and adult roller discos.
While we’re celebrating the new, we’re also taking a moment to honor our history. Sad but important news comes from the wider skate world, as Push Periodical reports that the legendary EMB fountain is scheduled for demolition. It’s a somber reminder of the spots that have shaped our culture. From weekly disco parties in Golden Gate Park to new skaters making their mark, let’s dive into everything that’s making the SF scene roll this March!

We are so hyped about the Let’s Roll discovery of the Welcome to ALTERNA – Goth Night at the Church of 8 Wheels—talk about a perfect vibe! The Church is also hosting its classic Friday Roll Out for all ages and the always-amazing Saturday Roller Disco for adults. Of course, you can’t miss the legendary, free Golden Gate Park Sunday Roller Disco Party. And for a special treat, head over the bridge to celebrate FATCAP X 8BALL Skateshop Day 2026 in Oakland!
