Hey Raleigh skaters! While our Let’s Roll app community was a little quiet on the discovery front this September, the wider skate scene was absolutely buzzing with energy, setting us up for an amazing October. The rinks were the place to be, and the absolute can’t-miss highlight was the fierce competition at the September Double Header hosted by Carolina Roller Derby. The energy was electric!
Beyond the derby track, United Skates kept the good times rolling with a packed schedule of themed events for every style. They hosted an awesome 18+ For Da JB's Adult Skate for the late-night crowd, a super fun Kpop Demon Hunters Skate, and even a family-friendly Trolls Skate. It’s clear that as the weather cools, the action inside the rinks is heating up!
Who's Rolling? Give a Shout-Out!
We love seeing new skaters join the Raleigh community on the app! While we don’t have a specific featured skater this month, now is the perfect time to check out the local skater profiles, follow someone new, and give some kudos on their latest session.
Log Your Skate Sessions
September was a quiet month for logged sessions in the app. Let’s change that for October! Every time you lace up, log your skate in the Let’s Roll app. It’s a great way to track your progress and see where the rest of the community is rolling.
