What an incredible time to be a skater in Phoenix! The energy in our city is absolutely electric right now, with a massive roller skating boom that’s getting local attention. According to reports from both Cronkite News and the Phoenix New Times, a new generation is lacing up, driven by social media trends and amazing local businesses.
At the heart of this revival are the Zoni Girls, who have just opened a fantastic new venue in the Arizona Center to keep up with the demand! While our Let’s Roll app feed was a little quiet this past month, the city itself was clearly buzzing. From pop-ups to packed weekly adult skate nights, the Valley of the Sun is proving it’s a true hot spot for rolling. Let’s get out there and capture that energy in the app this December!
