What’s up, Philly skaters! Spring is in full swing, and May is shaping up to be an absolutely epic month to get your roll on. While our app’s feed was a bit quiet this past month, the city itself is buzzing with the biggest news of the season: the Rothman Orthopaedics Roller Rink at Dilworth Park is officially back! As reported by Philly Mag, the rink reopened on April 25th with a fresh retro checkerboard floor and will be the place to be all the way through June 29th.
This is THE spot to kick off your spring and summer skating. And if rink skating is your jam, don’t forget about the awesome weekly Wednesday Night Skate at Philly SkatePlex for some classic hip hop and R&B vibes.
