What a massive start to the year for the Orlando skate scene! January wasn’t just another month; it was a showcase of everything our city has to offer, from world-class competitions to grassroots community growth. The international spotlight was on O-Town as we hosted the prestigious 2024 Americas Cup Championship of Clubs, bringing incredible artistic skaters to our doorstep.
While the pros were battling it out, our local scene was firing on all cylinders. The amazing folks at Orlando Roller Derby held their recruitment session, getting ready to welcome the next generation of skaters for their 2025 season. And right here in our own Let’s Roll community, you all were busy exploring and putting new pavement on the map. It’s this perfect mix of big events and local discoveries that makes skating here so special. Let’s keep that energy rolling into February!
