What an incredible month for skating in Oklahoma City! The energy was absolutely electric, especially with the epic Twister City Roller Derby Double Header! closing out the month. Seriously, the passion and power on that track were off the charts! Earlier in May, it was also amazing to see so many people enjoying the beautiful weather at the Sky Rink at Scissortail Park.
While these big public events were fantastic, our Let’s Roll app was a little quiet on the community front. Let’s take all that amazing energy from May and channel it into our own scene! As we roll into June, let’s make it a goal to light up the OKC map with our own sessions, spots, and meetups. Let’s show everyone what the grassroots OKC skate community is all about!
