What’s up, Denver skaters! As we roll into August, it’s time to look back at the incredible energy buzzing through the Mile High City. While our own Let’s Roll app has been a little quiet on new discoveries this month, the wider Denver scene has been absolutely on fire with amazing events! It’s clear that summer is in full swing, and there are so many ways to get your roll on.
From a massive neon-themed ROLLER RAVE for the 21+ crowd to the ever-consistent Wednesday night street skate with the Denver Urban Skate Troop (DUST), there’s an event for every vibe. The derby community is also making big moves, welcoming the next generation at their Junior Roller Derby Camp and inviting fresh faces to a New Recruit Night. And for those who just want to groove, Soul Skate Volume 3 offered a perfect night of music and skating. Let’s keep this energy going and start sharing our own spots and sessions in the app for August!
