Celebrate Black History Month on Wheels: Your Columbus Skate Guide for March
What an incredible month for the Columbus skate scene! February was absolutely buzzing with energy, and the community spirit was stronger than ever. The rinks lit up with amazing events, most notably the powerful and joyous month-long The Black History Month Experience at United Skates, which brought so many of us together to honor and celebrate.
But the action wasn’t just at the rinks! Our own Let’s Roll community was out exploring and putting new pins on the map. The highlight discovery this month was the Embody Dance & Creative Arts Studio, a fantastic find for anyone looking for a unique indoor space to practice their moves. Between the packed event calendar and our own skaters’ explorations, Columbus is proving it’s a top-tier city for rolling. Let’s carry this amazing energy into March!
New Skate Spot on the Radar
Big news for all our artistic and dance skaters! This month, the community uncovered a gem: the Embody Dance & Creative Arts Studio. This is exactly the kind of spot we love to see—a non-traditional space offering a new kind of canvas for your creativity on wheels. If you’re looking for a smooth, private surface to dial in your footwork or choreograph a new routine, be sure to check it out and let us know what you think!
