What an incredible November for the Columbus skate scene! While our app’s feed was a bit quiet, it’s clear why—everyone was out rolling at the massive lineup of events happening all over the city. The energy was absolutely electric, especially with Ohio Roller Derby’s epic The Skatemare Before Christmas bout at the Ohio Expo Center. It was fantastic to see so many new and veteran skaters at the rookie exhibition and the main event!
Skate Zone 71 was the place to be for holiday fun, keeping the rinks warm all month long. They kicked things off with a unique KPOP Demon Hunters' Golden Roll Skate and kept the good times rolling with a full week of Thanksgiving Break Skating. With so much momentum built up, we can’t wait to see how Columbus rolls through December. Let’s keep the holiday spirit high and the wheels spinning!
