What’s up, Cleveland skaters! The energy in our city is absolutely electric right now, and it’s about to hit a whole new level. The big news on everyone’s lips is the triumphant return of roller derby! That’s right, after a long hiatus, both the Cleveland Guardians Roller Derby and Burning River Roller Derby are back for their first full season since the pandemic, and we could not be more stoked to cheer them on. This is a massive boost for our entire skate community!
That incredible energy is also showing up right here in the Let’s Roll app. You all have been on fire, adding an unbelievable number of local skateparks to the map. It’s clear that as the weather warms up, everyone is rediscovering old favorites and finding new concrete waves to ride. From the city center to the suburbs, our collective knowledge of Cleveland’s skate spots has grown exponentially this month, making it easier than ever for us all to get out and roll.

Seriously, give yourselves a round of applause. This month, the community went into overdrive, adding a whopping two dozen skateparks to the app! We’re seeing everything from the iconic Crooked River Skatepark and the legendary Lakewood Skatepark to awesome indoor options like Chenga World and Area57. It’s amazing to see spots like Shaker Skate Park and Euclid Skatepark get added, creating a comprehensive guide for every skater in The Land.
