Chicago November Skate Guide: Inspired by the 107th Silver Skates!
What’s up, Chicago crew! Can you believe October is already over? The energy in the city was absolutely electric this month, proving once again that the Windy City has one of the most vibrant skate scenes around. While our Let’s Roll app was a bit quiet on new community discoveries, the city itself was buzzing with incredible events that kept us all rolling.
The Halloween spirit was in full force! We saw everything from spooky pop-ups like the Night of the Skating Dead to a full-on Halloween Masquerade Skate & Bowl. But the main event that had us all talking was the historic 107th Chicago Silver Skates, a legendary speed skating competition that brought out talent of all ages and abilities. Watching that level of skill and passion is the perfect motivation to get us hyped for November. Let’s get out there and make some discoveries of our own!
