The biggest story is the grand opening of SK8 THE ROOF, a brand new, 3,000-square-foot covered outdoor rink right on top of Ponce City Market. This is a game-changer for summer sessions, offering incredible views and a one-of-a-kind experience for skaters of all ages.
This exciting new venue perfectly complements the growing trend of outdoor skating that’s taking over the city. As GPB News recently highlighted, more and more of us are hitting spots like the Beltline and local parks, reclaiming the streets and soaking up the sun on our wheels.
