Super smooth, basically empty on a Saturday morning. Signs say no skating but I haven’t heard of anyone having issues, everyone very friendly that I’ve passed. Going up to Treasure Island is an uphill slog (in the best way) and you do need to be able to somewhat control your speed on the way down. Very smooth pavement
