What an incredible month for skating in Madrid! While the Let’s Roll crew was busy scoping out fresh pavement, like the newly added ‘Practice spot’, the entire city was alive with awesome skate energy. The streets were buzzing with two massive events that brought the whole community together. First, skaters pushed their limits at the thrilling II Roller Maratón San Blas Canillejas, a fantastic race that saw participants tackling everything from a 10K to a full 42K marathon.
Then, the good vibes continued as skaters took over the streets for the monthly Madrid Friday Night Skate, a powerful and fun rolling demonstration to promote skating as sustainable transport. From hardcore competitive racing to grassroots community action, Madrid’s scene is absolutely on fire. Let’s keep this amazing momentum rolling right into July!
