What a month for skating in Amsterdam! The energy in the city is electric, especially with the legendary Friday Night Skate crew delivering an absolutely epic lineup. From the creative Theme A'Dam Marathon skate to the wonderfully inclusive Extra Entry Skate for beginners, they’ve kept us all rolling. The massive highlight, of course, is the annual Fright Night Skate on Halloween – we can’t wait to see your ghoulish glides through the city center!

While these huge meetups are the lifeblood of our scene, it’s the quiet, daily discoveries that build our skills. This month, the Let’s Roll community has been hard at work, uncovering those essential, everyday spots perfect for practice. It’s this awesome combination of massive group events and personal skill-building that makes the Amsterdam skate scene truly special.

Our Latest Spot Discovery: Back to Basics

Sometimes the best spots are the simplest, and this month’s top find proves it! A huge shoutout to our community for uncovering a pristine `basketball court`. It’s exactly the kind of silky-smooth surface we all need for drilling crossovers, perfecting spins, or just getting a solid roll on. Finds like this are the foundation of great skating!
