CSAE Policy
Updated at 2025-21-02
1. Introduction
At Let’s Roll, we are committed to providing a safe and positive space for roller skaters worldwide. We take child safety seriously and strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) within our app. This policy outlines our approach to preventing, addressing, and reporting any CSAE-related concerns in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and global child protection laws.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE & CSAM
Let’s Roll has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, including:
- Sharing, creating, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Grooming, coercion, or attempting to engage minors in inappropriate conversations or activities.
- Any form of child trafficking, sextortion, or sexual exploitation.
- Using Let’s Roll to connect with minors for illegal or exploitative purposes.
Users who violate this policy will face immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement authorities and child protection agencies.
3. Reporting and User Safety Measures
3.1 Reporting Inappropriate Content or Users
We provide an in-app reporting system that allows users to report concerns related to CSAE. Users can report:
- Profiles – If a user is engaging in inappropriate behavior.
- Content – If a post, comment, or other content violates our policies.
Users can access these reporting options directly in the app through the existing report functions on profiles and content.
3.2 How Reports Are Handled
All reports related to CSAE are reviewed promptly by our moderation team. If content violates our policy:
- It is removed permanently from the platform.
- Accounts responsible for CSAE content are banned indefinitely.
When required, we report the case to relevant law enforcement and child protection organizations.
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
We comply with international child safety regulations, including:
- COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
- GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for Kids in the EU)
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) reporting requirements
- Google Play’s Child Safety Standards
5. Child Safety Measures in Let’s Roll
To protect minors, we have implemented the following safety measures:
- Strict Age Verification: Users must be 13+ to create an account.
- Privacy Controls: Users can restrict who sees their posts, comments, and profile information.
- Human Moderation Team: Our safety team actively reviews flagged content and responds to reports within 24 hours.
