What a start to the year for Brisbane! While our community has been a little quiet on the app this January, the wider skate scene has been absolutely electric. It feels like everyone was out there soaking up the summer sun and getting ready for a huge year of rolling.
The action was highlighted by some major events lighting up the city. The nation’s best quad and inline racers descended on Queensland for the National Championships – Speed Skating, showcasing some incredible talent and speed. And for those who prefer grooves over pure velocity, Roller Dance Australia Inc. threw an epic 90s Summer Roller Disco that had everyone dusting off their brightest gear.
