Happy new year 🥳 more JB practice today. I’ve been loosening my bushings/trucks 1/4 turn every session lately. The loose action makes it easy to get the JB sway but it’s a real challenge keeping your balance especially when you are doing middle work. I’ve been working with my non dominant side to build up my strength. Today I listened to The Payback Album by James Brown and got lost in the flow 🙂
