This route had an intense hill climb up to the top of Admiral.
Followed by an equally intense & much faster decent down to Alki beach for a party
Body was really feeling the skate yesterday, so I skipped the morning skate.
Note to self: Prioritize a min of 2-3/weekly skates as training before next group skate.
Apparently, only skating once in 3 weeks makes a big difference!😓”
