“Don’t think I’ve ever gone out to skate and came back pissed. Waited patiently for a HANDFUL of people to stop hogging the entire rink, BOTH rinks, finally got in, had it to myself for 5 minutes before an obnoxious family arrived and carried on as if I was not even there. No matter where I moved to for them to play they continued to shoot pucks toward me and enter my bubble of space. I was incensed by the time I just decided to leave. I didn’t expect to be alone but I do not expect people to deliberately obstruct and act as if they can not see me. The way I have to gas myself up to even feel like being around people just for a swift reminder why I prefer to be alone. I spent more time driving than I got to practice!”
